We meet as a group once per month for a full day and dedicate our time to working ON the business. This is where the magic happens! After spending 25 years at EY as a partner and senior executive, I’ve worked in multiple leadership positions and developed strong teams. As the Accounts Managing Partner, I was responsible for top-line growth and grew the business from $280 million to $5 billion. Collaborating among teams and leaders, enhancing culture, and helping the business scale forward was my passion.
In 2019 I founded MAM Consulting Partners, which is a business and management consulting practice where I coach CEOs, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Through my coaching practice, I help them manage the chaos and complexity that comes with scaling your organization and drive leaders to successful outcomes.
